How to get rid of the noticable pores on upper lip?

Hi, I have noticable pores on my upper lip. I have fine hair in that area so i have it threaded, but it almost looks like a dark patch but its not dark at all. I guess the best way i can explain it is that they are hair follicles that are noticable. I showed my dermatologist she said they are just hair follicles. I went to the place where i get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded and i saw other girls there that I know and I couldnt help but notice that they didnt have that issue at all. Their skin was so flawless and smooth in that area. How do i make these hair follicles/pores less noticable? I've never had anyone make any comment on it, and no one seems to notice it and when i ask my sister she says she doesnt see it at all...I do and i want it gone. Plz help...and also is it common?

How to treat acne topically if you have sensitive skin and are allergic to benzoyl peroxide?

I'm 25 years old and female, and I've been dealing with breakouts on my jaw area and chin. I also have clogged pores and the occasional painful bumps. I went to see a doctor for a blood test and they ruled out hormones as a factor. My derm prescribed antibiotics and differin, but i dont want to use antibiotics forever and the differin triggers my eczema. What is a good cream or treatment to use rather than the differin thats less harsh on my skin?
